PT Dream Dare Discover is a fast-growing retail company with 55 stores across Indonesia, specializing in footwear and lifestyle products. We combine innovation, creativity, and strong consumer insight to deliver high-quality, stylish, and comfortable products for all segments.

Responsibilities

• Create new sandal/footwear designs (kids, men, women) aligned with brand direction and market needs.
• Produce detailed sketching, coloring, technical drawings, and material specifications that are ready for sampling and production.
• Ensure each design meets brand standards in comfort, durability, and visual appeal.
• Identify relevant footwear trends, color themes, materials, and style movements.
• Review competitor references and retail insights to produce market-fit designs.
• Translate customer behavior and product performance into design improvements.
• Work closely with Product Development, R&D, Sampling, and Merchandising teams during prototyping.
• Support the preparation of design revisions, material updates, and production-ready files.
• Maintain smooth coordination with suppliers during sampling and development.
• Prepare organized design files, artwork, and material boards.
• Support design presentations for internal review and product selection.
• Maintain a structured archive of past designs, specs, and iterations.

Trend & Market Research

Identify relevant footwear trends, color themes, materials, and style movements.

Review competitor references and retail insights to produce market-fit designs.

Translate customer behavior and product performance into design improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Footwear Design, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in footwear/sandal design (preferably EVA, rubber, injection, PU, or fabric categories).
• Proficient in CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop; 3D design software is a plus (Blender, Rhino, Clo, Fusion, etc.).
• Good understanding of footwear materials (EVA, rubber, PVC, synthetic leather, straps, fabric).
• Familiar with sampling workflows, prototyping, and basic footwear construction.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work within brand guidelines and deadlines.
