A prominent F&B company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a General Affairs officer to manage cleaning standards and store licensing compliance. Candidates must have relevant education and experience in hygiene management and possess strong communication skills. Additionally, owning a motorcycle with the appropriate licenses is required. This role offers an exciting opportunity within an evolving environment.
Handle the creation and maintenance of SOPs for cleaning equipment and building areas.
Monitor and manage the cleaning schedule process.
Handle store licensing management.
Manage company advertising needs, outsourcing, store utility billing & analysis process, and food safety certification process for licensing purposes.
Perform other general administrative duties such as data entry, document filing, budget control for the Industrial Relations (IR) & General Affairs (GA) Division, and creating company projections.
Input Purchase Requests (PR) / Purchase Orders (PO) related to advertisements, utility billing, etc.
Supervise building cleanliness and outsourced manpower needs.
Conduct on-site visits to our stores across Java and Bali.
Minimum D3/S1 in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Health, Public Health, or any related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in General Affairs / Cleaning Service / Food Hygiene, preferably in the F&B industry.
Well-groomed, with strong communication and administrative skills.
Basic knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness management, as well as understanding of F&B licensing processes.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good follow-up abilities.
Resilient, target-oriented, fast learner, and dynamic.
Must own a personal motorcycle, with a valid SIM C and SIM A license.
