Job summary

PT Inphosoft Indonesia, a leading technology consultancy, seeks a Solution Architect to lead architecture, design and governance of multi-cloud, web and mobile solutions, and to anchor presales initiatives.

You will translate business needs into secure, scalable architectures, set standards, mentor teams, and ensure compliance with public-sector requirements. 10+ years of IT and strong cloud/security expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Solution and application architecture for web/mobile stacks (ReactJS, React Native, Node.js)
• Cloud architecture using AWS/Azure/GCP with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD/SecOps
• Data and infrastructure security architecture incl. public-sector requirements (IM8, PDPA)
• Experience with large-scale bids, estimation and tender responses
• Familiarity with GeBIZ, RFQ/RFP formats is a plus
• Minimum 10 years IT experience, 3+ years as architect for large systems
• Presales solutioning and tender-response experience; AI-enabled solutions a plus

What will you do?

The Solution Architect leads the architecture, design and technical governance of application solutionsacross the Technology Solutions Office (TSO). Reporting to the Associate Solutions Director, the role translates business and user requirements into secure, scalable and maintainable solution architectures spanning web and mobile applications, integrations and cloud infrastructure. The role anchors solutioning in presales, sets architecture and coding standards, and guides delivery teams from concept through implementation, ensuring solutions meet client and public-sector compliance expectations.

Design end-to-end solution architectures for web and mobile application systems, including application, data, integration and infrastructure views.

Anchor presales solutioning: solution concepts, architecture proposals, effort estimation, PoCs and tender responses.

Define integration architecture across applications, RESTful APIs / web services, back-end databases and cloud platforms.

Set and enforce architecture principles, coding standards, design patterns and security best practices across delivery teams.

Review designs and implementations; provide technical guidance and mentoring to tech leads and developers.

Ensure solutions comply with contractual, security and public-sector requirements (e.g. IM8, PDPA).

Evaluate technologies and platforms; balance capability, cost, performance and maintainability in architecture decisions.

Build reusable reference architectures and accelerators; contribute to continuous improvement of TSO’s engineering practices.

Requirements

Domain Skills

Solution and application architecture: web/mobile stacks (ReactJS, React Native, Node.js), microservices, RESTful APIs.

Cloud architecture on AWS, Azure and/or GCP, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.

Data architecture: relational databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL), data modelling and integration patterns.

Application and infrastructure security architecture, including Singapore public-sector requirements (e.g. IM8, PDPA).

Performance, scalability and cost engineering for large-scale application systems.

Effort estimation, costing and man-days modelling methodologies for software delivery bids.

Bid and tender response writing; technical proposal and solution document development.

Familiarity with public-sector procurement processes and formats (e.g. GeBIZ, BQ/RFQ/RFP) is an advantage.

Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain architecture decisions to clients and non-technical stakeholders.

Education and Certification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.

Cloud architecture certification (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert); TOGAF; CISSP or equivalent security certification.

Working Experience

Min. 10 years of IT industry experience, including 3+ years as a solution or technical architect for large-scale web/mobile application systems, with proven experience leading technical teams.

Presales solutioning and tender-response experience; exposure to AI-enabled and agentic AI solutions.

• Singapore public-sector project experience is advantageous.
