Job summary

Qlapa is seeking a Senior software engineer to help us grow faster by developing new features and maintaining our systems. You will drive engineering practices, technology choices, and processes while tackling complex problems with the team.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, ops, and marketing to align technical decisions with company goals and deliver scalable solutions for our growing user base.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining a service/app with a large codebase and complex requirements.
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals across algorithms, data structures and systems design.
• Solid understanding of relational database modeling and design.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
