Job summary

A leading software development company in Indonesia is seeking a lead developer to drive the development of new software products and enhancements. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience in .NET Core / .Net 8, excels in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. Responsibilities include software coding, unit testing, and documentation. This position requires a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Having experience delivering middle to large scale project in .NET Core / .Net 8 or above at least 6 years.
• Able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Gather, refine specifications, requirements based on technical needs.
• Write, analyze, and review program codes for new software development activity or existing software changes.
• Apply unit testing before release to QA and support for integration testing.
• Analyzing software bugs, vulnerabilities and code smells.
• Deployment of new software or changes.
• Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions.
• Write or contribute to instructions or manuals to guide end users.

You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.
