Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

Work with Product Managers, Dev team, and UI/UX team in understanding the product, domain, and various features

• Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well‑structured test plans and test cases/scenario ensuring high‑quality software delivery.
• Estimate and prioritize testing activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the highest level of product quality.
• Conduct quality assurance and troubleshoot any errors.
• Analyze complex software systems and collaborate with others to improve the overall design, testability, and quality.
• Ensure all tests and procedures meet company and industry standards.
• Report, track, and monitor defects/bugs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Good analytical thinking (analyze logs and API responses, analyze bugs)
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including sprints and retrospective.
• Experience with Automation testing
• Proficiency in testing Web Apps, Mobile Apps (iOS & Android apps), and API
• Familiarity with testing tools such as QASEio, Postman
• Familiarity with automation tools such Playwright, K6 is a plus
• Understanding of database concepts and queries (MySQL) is a plus.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
• Experience in development software process, preferably in Health sectors is a plus.
• Able to work from office (WFO Bandung & Jakarta).
