Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan, create, and publish content calendars that align with brand objectives, campaigns, and key marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts, including posting, monitoring, and responding to audience interactions.
  • Work closely with the creative team to produce visually engaging social media content.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to support campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously refine strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing social media platforms; agency or startup experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including content formats, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in social media reporting, performance analysis, and campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills in English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate, creative, and proactive, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
