A leading HVAC solutions provider in Surabaya is looking for a Service Technician to perform maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of commercial HVAC experience and excellent diagnostic skills. You will ensure compliance with safety standards while providing exceptional service to clients. This position may require working after hours and on weekends.

Perform basic preventative maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, general servicing activities and performing.
Conduct routine communications with customers, address and meet customer's needs, service team and subcontractors as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Inspect client's current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety.
Be able to perform and deal with water cooled chillers and air cooled chillers, is a machine that removes heat from a liquid via a vapor‑compression.
Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service related items. As a trusted advisor to our customers you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service.
Travel to customers’ residences in a timely and professional manner.
Perform installation, testing, commissioning, contract maintenance service, breakdown troubleshooting and repair of air conditioning equipment in accordance with Installation Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Service Manuals, Work Instructions, and good trade practices.
Diagnose HVAC systems with electrical and mechanical defects and adjust and repair systems, performing warranty services.
Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety.
Ensure the above jobs are carried out in a timely and professional manner and in accordance with instruction given. Upon completion, perform proper testing and document results.
Project and upkeep the company image in the industry at all times.
Maintain a detailed inventory of all HVAC equipment and resources.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all service reports and time sheets.
Participate in all technical training, guide and train new technicians in on‑job‑training.
Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements.
Work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice.
Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure the facility runs efficiently, including upselling opportunities.
Support proposals to support recommendations and solutions.
High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
3+ years commercial HVAC experience.
Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Proficient electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice.
