Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Consultant to lead implementation, configuration, and enhancements across FICO, MM, SAC, and Ariba. You will analyze client processes, propose scalable SAP solutions, and guide end-to-end deployments with training and support.

Strong SDLC understanding, JIRA proficiency, and excellent English communication are essential in a fast-paced, agile setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in IT or Engineering.
5+ years in IT Application Support; 3+ years as IT Service/Helpdesk Manager.
Technical SAP configuration and integration with debugging knowledge.
Strong SDLC understanding and end-to-end implementation experience.
Familiar with JIRA for task and project tracking.
Good analytical thinking and problem solving.
Good communication in English and collaboration.
Able to work in a fast-paced, agile, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP delivery and consultancy activities including implementation, configuration, enhancements, and issue resolution.
Design, configure, and test SAP modules (FICO, MM, SAC, Ariba) to meet business requirements.
Analyze client processes and recommend effective, scalable SAP solutions.
Drive end-to-end SAP implementations, providing functional expertise, guidance, and client training.
Act as primary client liaison for issue analysis, troubleshooting, and solution development.
Apply industry best practices while providing leadership, direction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.
