Job description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

Build and maintain relationships with key personnel, buyers, and engineers from end-user companies, EPCs, and Operators.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on time delivery, customer satisfaction and product quality.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for sales managers.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, preferably Engineering background.
  • Attractive or pleasant appearance and personality.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience, specifically selling to Oil and Gas, Shipyards, Windfarm industries.
  • Proven network of key personnel, including buyers, engineers, EPCs, and Operators, with the ability to demonstrate these contacts.
  • A problem solver with good analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or CRM software. This is important.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • A disciplined person – able to govern himself to set of routines to achieve success.
  • Proficient in English, able to communicate and do presentation in English.

Based in East Java area.
