Role Overview

As Senior Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of your sales targets and client portfolio. You will lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing, while ensuring every client enjoys a world-class, personalised experience.

You will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to turn qualified leads into successful transactions and ensure clients experience a seamless journey from inquiry to ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve USD 1–2 million in monthly villa and land sales.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-net-worth buyers across multiple channels.
  • Lead negotiations and presentations with confidence and expertise.
  • Proactively seek new opportunities through networking and referrals.
Client Experience & Relationship Management
  • Deliver a personalized and transparent client experience.
  • Build lasting relationships for repeat sales and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM.
  • Provide weekly reports and sales forecasts.
Coordination & Deal Execution
  • Work closely with legal, finance, and site teams for smooth deal closures.
  • Collaborate with marketing for lead quality and campaign feedback.
