About the role

As a Senior Sales Engineer at PT. SMART SERVIS VALVE', you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and growth within the East Jakarta, Jakarta region. This full-time position will see you work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using the company's high-quality product range.

What you'll be doing

• Actively prospect and identify new sales opportunities within your designated territory
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend the most appropriate products and solutions
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity and client needs to the sales management team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales Representative in the industrial/engineering sector
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships
• Excellent technical knowledge of industrial valves and related equipment
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to liaise with clients at all levels
• Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office applications
• Degree in Engineering, Technical or related discipline preferred
