Target: Head Truck, Lorry, Mixer, Water Truck, Fuel Truck through leasing, not in-house

Objective

Conduct direct field sales (on the road) for commercial vehicles—tractor heads, lorries, concrete mixers, water trucks, and fuel trucks—by leveraging the existing customer database across Jakarta, Banten, West Java, Central Java, and East Java. Responsibilities include canvassing, scheduling on-site visits and demonstrations, following up leads through calls and meetings, and maintaining accurate activity records. The role also focuses on nurturing relationships with existing accounts to drive repeat business, while proactively building new networks through referrals, local industry communities, and targeted prospecting in key logistics and construction corridors.

Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities)
  • Conduct direct, on-the-road vehicle sales activities to potential customers across Jakarta, Banten, West Java, Central Java, and East Java.
  • Manage and maximize the existing customer database within assigned territories.
  • Perform canvassing, field visits, and prospect follow-ups to drive sales growth.
  • Develop sales strategies and market penetration plans for the designated regions.
  • Present products (features, specs, TCO) and negotiate to close deals.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline, monitor progress in CRM, and ensure monthly target achievement.
  • Nurture strong relationships with existing customers to secure repeat orders and referrals.
  • Coordinate with financing partners (leasing), operations, and aftersales teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processes.
  • Provide timely sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor updates to the Sales Supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Minimum education D3/Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, or Marketing Management).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial vehicle/heavy equipment sales.
  • Proven possession of an active customer database in Jakarta, Banten, West Java, East Java & Central Java.
  • Proven Close target Deals.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets for commercial vehicles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
