A leading heavy equipment distributor is seeking a Sales Executive based in Jakarta. The candidate will conduct direct field sales of commercial vehicles, manage customer relationships, and drive sales growth across several regions in Indonesia. A minimum of a D3/Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience are required. Proficiency in communication and negotiation is essential. The role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Target: Head Truck, Lorry, Mixer, Water Truck, Fuel Truck through leasing, not in-house
Conduct direct field sales (on the road) for commercial vehicles—tractor heads, lorries, concrete mixers, water trucks, and fuel trucks—by leveraging the existing customer database across Jakarta, Banten, West Java, Central Java, and East Java. Responsibilities include canvassing, scheduling on-site visits and demonstrations, following up leads through calls and meetings, and maintaining accurate activity records. The role also focuses on nurturing relationships with existing accounts to drive repeat business, while proactively building new networks through referrals, local industry communities, and targeted prospecting in key logistics and construction corridors.
