• Hands-on technical knowledge in relevant equipment.
• Capable of performing sales & marketing activities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Market workshop services and secure sales orders.
• Lead the service team including engineers and technicians.
• Ensure work quality and compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage customer relationships for smooth service delivery.
• Control workshop budget and achieve profit and loss KPIs.
