About the job Senior Recruitment Consultant

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at WireHire, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our executive search and recruitment services. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, client relationship management, and business development to expand client portfolio.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement).
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines across industries.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies (headhunting, networking, digital platforms).
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping.
  • Identify and acquire new clients to expand business opportunities.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, recruitment fees, and service agreements.
  • Provide expert market insights and recruitment strategies to clients.
  • Advise clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
