Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining quality control processes, analyzing the results, and giving feedback and guidance to the production & manufacturing teams


• Evaluate denim-specific attributes, including fabric quality, wash techniques, stitching, fit, and finishing processes, to ensure consistency and adherence to design specifications


• Manage and decide all regulatory guidelines, i.e. raw materials, products, and/or processes are in accordance with specifications


• Ensure designated factories follow the production processes and best practices to produce expected quality standards


• Examine test results, stablished specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on quality solution


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Fashion, Textiles or related disciplines


• At least 8-year of relevant experience in apparel quality management; Experienced in trading firm is preferable


• Proven expertise in denim fabric characteristics, wash techniques, and garment construction


• Proven and well-established track record in managing quality for apparel products


• Good communication skills, strong attention to details and organization skills


• Good computer knowledge (MS Office - Word, Excel)


• Good command of both written and spoken English
