What you'll be doing

• Design and develop scalable and efficient machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
• Implement and optimise machine learning pipelines, from data preprocessing to model deployment
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Continuously improve and optimise existing machine learning models to enhance performance and accuracy
• Participate in the research and development of new machine learning techniques and technologies
• Document and maintain code, models, and processes to ensure traceability and scalability
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in Python development, with a strong focus on machine learning and data analysis
• Proficient in building and deploying machine learning models using libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or scikit‑learn
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
• Experience in working with large, complex datasets and designing scalable data pipelines
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
