The Senior Public Relation Manager will be in charge of the ASEAN Public Affairs & Government Relations Manager. It plays a key role in strengthening the company's strategic relationships with ASEAN institutions and ASEAN‑related organizations, while supporting the corporate reputation, policy alignment, and regional influence by maintaining structured public affairs engagement, organizing high‑impact external initiatives, and monitoring regional policy developments relevant to the ICT industry.
The position combines public relations, policy research, stakeholder engagement, and event organization, with a specific focus on advancing the company's visibility and partnerships within the ASEAN ecosystem. The manager works closely with regional public sector entities, contributes to industry dialogue, and supports company‑wide advocacy efforts in areas such as digital economy, talent development, and sustainable ICT. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of public policy, diplomacy, and multilateral engagement, combined with solid organizational and reporting skills. The role is ideal for candidates with a background in international relations, policy analysis, or public affairs, especially those familiar with ASEAN structures and government engagement in Southeast Asia.
