Responsibilities

• Gathering information from customer to identify customer’s needs
• Analyzing, developing, and proposing technical solutions (technology and equipments)
• Making design, bill of material, scope of works, schedule and proposal
• Delivering presentation about technical solutions to customer
• If needed, doing demo or proof of concept
• Coordinating with external parties (vendors, principals, distributors) to obtain required information (price, demo equipment, technical specifications) to provide technical solutions
• Coordinating with other department to provide required information before the project begin
• Provide mentoring and training to Presales team

Requirements

• Min S1 graduate from IT, Information System, Telecommunication Engineering, or Computer Engineering
• Having minimum of 3 years experience as Presales Engineer or similar
• In-depth understanding of Data Center & Hybrid Cloud concepts
• Have knowledge & experience for virtualization (VMware)
• Have knowledge & experience for Containers & Orchestration (Docker , Kubernetes , Openshift)
• Have knowledge & experience for Automation & Infrastructure as Code (Ansible , Terraform)
• Knowledge and experience with Monitoring & Observability (ELK Stack , Prometheus , Grafana , ManageEngine , Dynatrace) is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with Cloud Management Platforms (CloudBolt , Morpheus) is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and related services , and also Microsoft 365
• Having excellent communication, presentation, reporting, negotiation skill and good in English
• Fast learner, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and collaboratively across departments
