Develop an annual business plan, growth strategy, and sales targets.

Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.

Engage with and expand relationships with key project stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and end-users/owners.

Manage collaborations with principals and brands.

Execute and deliver turnkey projects satisfactorily.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age 28 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B project sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong sales drive and target orientation.
