Job description

Our client is a Construction (Data Center) Company. Currently, they are looking for Senior Project Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of design projects across various sectors (e.g., architecture, mechanical, electrical).
• Collaborate with external consultants to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with design standards, regulations, and client expectations.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation.
• Coordinate with BQ consultant and vendor for material specification.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Architecture Engineering or related field.
• Min. 10 years of experience as Electrical, Mechanical, or Architecture Engineer in Construction field (Data Center, Consulting, M&E, EPC).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.

Preferable Skill / Experience

• Exp. in mission critical facilities.
• From construction consultant firm.
