Job summary

Axiata Digital Labs is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Indonesia to oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT/Telco projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in managing large-scale Telecommunication projects while ensuring quality and compliance standards.

The role requires expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Immediate joiners are preferred, and certifications like PMP or CSM will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full project lifecycle for IT/Telco solutions, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors/clients (e.g., MNOs, Infrastructure providers)
• Planning & Governance: Define project roadmaps, resource allocation, and budget tracking. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies or Waterfall milestones as required
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve bottlenecks to prevent project delays
• Technical Liaison: Bridge the gap between technical teams (Developers, Architects, QA) and business units to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and compliance regulations specific to the Telco industry

Person Specifications

• Experience:
  • Senior: 6+ years of experience, with a proven track record of managing large-scale Telco projects
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Telecommunication domains (e.g., BSS/OSS, Digital Apps, 5G, IoT, VAS, or Core Network infrastructure)
• Frameworks: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Tools: Expert-level use of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Trello
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Immediate joiners are preferable
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) is a strong advantage
• Technical Background: Prior experience as a Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, or Network Engineer is highly valued
