Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs (G-code/M-code).


• Use CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360) for machining design and simulation.


• Prepare and review SOPs, WIs, and technical drawings.


• Collaborate with production, engineering, and QA teams. Support automation integration (PLC, sensors, robotics).


• Apply Lean and Kaizen principles for process improvement.


• Perform technical troubleshooting on machines and control systems.


• Ensure quality and safety standards in programming processes.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.


• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or machine programming.


• Proficient in CNC programming and CAM software.


• Skilled in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CAD/CAM simulation.


• Experienced in PLC programming and industrial control systems.


• Basic programming knowledge in Python or C++ for automation.


• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with good in English.
