As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a strategic leadership role within a growing Global Enterprise Operations organization. You will drive the successful delivery of complex SAP and technology transformation programs while strengthening client relationships and supporting business expansion across new markets. This position combines program oversight, client engagement, and commercial growth responsibilities, requiring a balance of strategic vision, operational excellence, and strong communication skills. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment, quality, and continuous improvement in every engagement.

Accountabilities
  • Lead complex SAP and non‑SAP programs, including migrations, upgrades, consulting, and transformation initiatives from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and goals in line with client objectives and organizational strategy.
  • Oversee planning, resourcing, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely and budget‑compliant delivery.
  • Establish and uphold governance, reporting, and quality standards across all programs.
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for strategic clients, fostering trusted relationships and acting as an advisor to enhance business outcomes.
  • Partner with internal sales and leadership teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
  • Support proposal development, pricing strategies, and go‑to‑market plans for regional growth.
  • Mentor delivery teams, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
  • Represent the organization at client meetings and industry events, contributing to strategic partnerships and brand reputation.
Qualifications
