Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in application support, analysis, or implementation.
• Experience in managing administrative tasks in Office 365.
• Experience in managing Lark Wiki, Confluence, and JIRA Software.
• Experience in developing scripts in Java, Shell, and PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for enterprise applications.
