Job description

Attributes & Skills:

  • Handle daily planning, supplies, and operations duties.
  • Develop and implement planning strategies and KPIs for overseas planners.
  • Work independently overseas.
  • Create and oversee master schedules, monitor inventory, and manage supply orders.
  • Experience managing overseas EMS factory operations.
  • Experience in overseas production transfer and sustaining project management.
  • Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and tasks with other teams or staff.
  • Collaborate with the Planning Director to align team focus with company goals.
  • Manage OEMs to plan capacity and materials; analyze line and tooling capacity.
  • Drive OEMs to achieve on-time delivery and lead time goals.
  • Control inventory levels according to business needs; identify opportunities for reduction.
  • Manage demand and communicate closely with the NA team.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is required; Chinese language skills are a plus.
  • Over 8 years of experience in people management within supply chain or planning roles.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

This role may be hired through a third-party Employer of Record (EOR) in certain locations. SharkNinja will oversee daily work, supervision, and performance, while the EOR handles legal and administrative responsibilities such as payroll, benefits, and compliance.
