Job Summary
This role is responsible to achieve sales objectives, increase market share growth of product line, represent and promote the company within specified activity. In this role, you will be managing the sales of our Oncology product in the assigned area.
Placement : Yogyakarta
Responsibilities

- Customer and Distributor Relationship
Sales Activity
- Achieved targets and delivery of high customer service to the existing and potential customers
- Doing presentations / detailing to doctors, practice staff and nurses in hospital, hospital doctors, or Pharmacists related to products and or new products
- Planning work schedules for visit by weekly and monthly and make the reports
- Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
- Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products.
- Working with team managers to plan how to approach contacts and creating effective business plans
Customer and Distributor Relationship
- Building and maintaining strong relationship with customers
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or Academic, preferably in Pharmacist
- Minimum 2-year experience in related field
- Demonstrates initiative, strategic thinking and creative problem solving in response to the communications challenges and opportunities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under intense stress and pressure especially in a crisis/issue
- Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and health issues Strong on Medical communication phrase
WORKING RELATIONSHIP
1. External Relationship
- Doctors, making strength relationship with HCPs to gain awareness product
- Hospital, making good relationship with hospital to gain positive outcome
- KOL, Consult and making KOL becoming company associate
- Distributor, Checking and ensuring stock availability
2. Internal Relationship
- Marketing Team, execute MCBM plan (marketing plan)
- Marketing coordinator, Related to expenses and HOD
- Medical Team, Provide medical knowledge & medical journal for internal & external stakeholders
