In this role, you will own and drive a portfolio of countries within the payroll expansion team, delivering impactful product solutions that enable global workforce operations. Accountabilities

• Own and manage a defined portfolio of countries as the accountable Product Manager.
• Define product scope, success metrics, and business outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.

• Provide mentorship and coaching to Junior Product Managers and Product Managers.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps visible to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
