Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Finance Analyst - Billing & Collection to manage and optimize Traveloka's accounts receivable processes. This role will be crucial in ensuring timely collections, accurate financial reporting, and the continuous improvement of our AR operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliation for a high volume of transactions.
  • Monitor aging reports and proactively identify overdue accounts, implementing effective collection strategies to minimize outstanding balances.
  • Communicate directly with clients to resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Prepare and analyze various accounts receivable reports, providing insights and recommendations to management on collection performance and potential risks.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate billing and smooth resolution of AR-related queries.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the AR function to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts receivable balances.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards (e.g., PSAK/IFRS), and relevant regulations.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members within the accounts receivable department.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, from top local or overseas university with minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, preferably within a fast‑paced technology company or big 4 audit firms.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large volumes of accounts and achieving collection targets.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly related to accounts receivable and revenue recognition.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
