Overview

PT Mustika Ratu, Tbk' is a leading company in cosmetics and personal care. We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Development professional to join our team in Pancoran, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will play a key part in developing innovative products that will elevate Mustika Ratu to the next growth stage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends in personal care, skincare, and wellness/Jamu that may become popular in the coming years.
• Gather and analyze consumer insights through global trend studies, social media, industry research reports, and competitor benchmarking.
• Process, analyze, and present data from product testing to provide development recommendations.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and NPD designers to design product concepts that meet target market requirements.
• Develop packaging concepts with NPD designers, including material selection, shape, color, and label design aligned with brand positioning.
• Coordinate with the procurement team regarding sourcing of raw materials and packaging to ensure quality, timelines, and specification compliance.
• Prepare product development reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in developing personal care, skincare, wellness, or Jamu products.
• Strong passion for beauty, health, and wellness trends based on natural ingredients.
• Proficiency in hedonic testing methods and qualitative & quantitative data processing.
• Understanding of formulation principles for personal care and skincare products (bonus if familiar with herbal/Jamu active ingredients).
• Skilled in cross‑division collaboration and able to manage projects from idea to execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including analytical report writing.
• Ability to read and analyze global trends from sources such as trend reports and beauty forecasts.
• Creative and aesthetically sensitive when developing product packaging.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
