Overview

Gathering information from customer to identify needs, analyzing, developing, and proposing technical solutions. Making design, bill of material, scope of works, schedule and proposal, delivering presentation, doing demo or proof of concept, coordinating with external parties and internal departments, mentoring and training Presales team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field.

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years total experience in IT.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Presales / Solution Architect / Technical Consultant roles (customer-facing, solution & proposal).

Platform & System Understanding (Core Priority)

• Strong understanding and hands‑on experience with virtualization platforms (e.g. VMware, KVM, Hyper‑V).
• Hands‑on experience with containers and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes).
• Practical experience with automation / Infrastructure as Code tools, especially Ansible and Terraform.
• Experience working in or with DevOps environments, collaborating with developers, using CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working closely with application / software development teams (microservices, APIs, web/app platforms).
• Exposure to AI / Data / Analytics workloads at solution / architecture level.
• Able to position platform and infrastructure solutions to support apps, AI, and analytics use cases.
• Good understanding of hybrid cloud concepts (on‑prem + public cloud integration, connectivity, identity, security).
• Hands‑on experience either on on‑premises platform or public cloud, and understands how they integrate in a hybrid model.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, proposal writing, and solution presentation.
• Able to produce high‑level design (HLD) and basic low‑level design (LLD) for platform / DevOps / app‑enabling solutions.
• Comfortable delivering presentations, demos, and PoC discussions to customers.

Communication

Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).

• Able to work independently and collaboratively with Sales, Developer, AI, Infrastructure and Operations teams.
