Qualifications

• 3–5 years of PR agency experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach.
• Excellent organisation and time management, able to manage multiple projects.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Interest in learning about diverse industries.

Responsibilities

• Support the senior team in developing and executing integrated communications strategies across PR, social media, and content.
• Develop understanding of the client's business, industry landscape, and emerging trends.
• Cultivate relationships with spokespeople, media, and influencers in Singapore and APAC.
• Contribute to new business proposals and participate in pitching efforts.
• Compile media monitoring and coverage reports with analysis of media exposure value.
• Ensure timely delivery of key milestones, including presentations and production timelines.
• Write and edit content for external and internal channels.
• Prepare clear client-facing updates, status reports, and campaign summaries.
• Stay immersed in the media landscape and track news developments and media movements.
