We are looking for a
Senior PPC Executive – Google Ads Campaigns
to take full ownership of paid search strategy and execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on scaling budgets, optimizing for ROAS, and turning data-driven insights into measurable growth.
Plan, launch, and scale Google Ads campaigns across
Search, Shopping, and YouTube
. Build and manage full-funnel strategies — from awareness to high-intent retargeting. Continuously test creatives, keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments. Monitor KPIs including
CTR, ROAS, CPA, CAC, and LTV
, acting quickly on insights. Collaborate with design, CRO, email, and analytics teams to maximize conversion. Provide clear reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Option to mentor junior media buyers or manage campaigns independently.
You’ve successfully scaled
e-commerce or D2C Google Ads campaigns
. You’re fluent in performance metrics: ROAS, AOV, CAC, LTV, MER. You’ve managed budgets ranging from £10K–£200K/month with proven profitability. You have deep hands-on experience with
Google Ads Manager, Merchant Center, and GA4
. You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and love testing and optimization. Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, GTM, or third-party analytics tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam).
