We're actively recruiting PHP Developers across various experience levels - Mid Level (3-8 years), and Very Senior Experts/Program Managers/Project Leaders (more than 10 years) - to join us in this exciting new chapter.

What You'll Do:

• Contribute to scalable backend architecture that supports fast‑growing businesses
• Use AI tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and others to improve speed, quality, and innovation in your development workflow
• Implement and maintain AI workflows and prompt engineering features integrated into our products
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code with strong attention to business logic and performance
• Collaborate directly with international clients and internal teams to understand goals, scope projects, and deliver results
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Implement frontend features using basic HTML, Twig, Bootstrap, CSS, and JavaScript where needed
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues promptly, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
• Ensure responsive design and seamless user experiences that meet client business objectives

What You'll Bring:

• Strong PHP skills, with experience in Laravel or Symfony frameworks
• 3 - 6 years of professional software engineering experience
• Solid command of basic frontend tools (HTML, Twig, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript)
• AI literacy: You actively integrate developer‑focused AI tools into your workflow (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Windsurf, Cursor)
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Experience with RabbitMQ or similar, message queuing, and event‑driven architectures. Must understand queue management, job processing patterns, and distributed systems
• Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to align technical implementation with business goals
• Clear and confident communication skills, especially in English
• Passion for solving problems, continuously learning, and building things that matter
• Comfort with agile workflows, feedback‑driven iteration, and autonomous ownership
• A strong understanding of business logic and value‑driven software development
• Strong willingness and comfort interacting directly with international clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their objectives
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and collaborative attitude, with a focus on delivering solutions that provide real business value
• Ability to understand and interpret business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and impactful solutions

Nice to have:

• Experience working with RESTful APIs, microservices, or headless architecture
• Knowledge of MCP server, AI workflows, and prompt engineering concepts is a plus
• Experience with Click house would be great
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like or React
• Experience with DevOps, Ansible, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud services (AWS, GCP)
• Prior client‑facing roles, or experience as a consultant, lead, or solution architect
• Knowledge of e‑commerce, B2B SaaS, or high‑growth startup environments
