Job summary

Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme is seeking a senior leader to oversee Financial Patient Programs in Indonesia, including KIRAN. You will own end-to-end program design, governance, and external partner management to ensure compliant delivery of patient benefits.

You will lead the FPP team, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across enrollment, eligibility, rebates and reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning, implementation and ongoing oversight of approved Financial Patient Programs in Indonesia.
• Coordinate required internal reviews and approvals, maintain program documentation and ensure changes are reviewed before implementation.
• Ensure programs comply with laws, patient privacy and safety requirements and company policies.
• Establish and maintain a compliance assurance framework with monitoring and remediation actions.
• Prepare and present program performance updates and risks to governance forums.
