Job Description
- Develop, manage, and optimize partnership agreements and collaborations.
- Ensure synergy across internal and external stakeholders to maximize partnership outcomes.
- Provide legal and business advice on partnership terms and models.
- Monitor and report partnership performance to senior management.
- Drive innovation in partnership approaches and identify new strategic partnership opportunities.
- Implement the creation of a Strategic Partner Management policy by drafting a policy for the company's business needs.
- Implement partnership management for CRM & SSO product development needs in accordance with applicable partnership rules and policies.
- Implement the partner selection process by conducting assessments (including risk assessments of potential partners) and selecting strategic partners that are in line with company policy.
- Conduct the process of identifying the needs of product development partners in accordance with the rules and policies applicable in the company.
- Coordinate with the Strategic Procurement team regarding the provisions for implementing partner procurement.
- Provide justification and/or recommendations in the context of the partner appointment and/or selection process.
- Verify partner applications and process partnership agreements.
- Creating MOU and NDA between companies and partners.
Job Requirement
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles, preferably in multinational or global business environments.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong command of written and spoken English to communicate effectively with global partners and draft partnership documents.
- Legal and Contractual Knowledge: Solid understanding of legal frameworks and contract agreements, specifically related to global partnerships and joint ventures.
- Ability to review, interpret, and ensure compliance with partnership contracts and legal terms.
- Global Business Savvy: Awareness of global market trends, cultural nuances, and cross-border business practices.
- Experience managing relationships and negotiations with international partners.
- Partnership Business Model Expertise: In-depth understanding of various partnership models including strategic alliances, joint ventures, reseller agreements, build-on and build-with collaboration frameworks.
- Ability to recommend and develop alternative partnership models to maximize mutual value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.
- Project management skills with ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
- High initiative, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
