Role Description

This is a contract role for a Partnerships Specialist, based in Kupang with hybrid work arrangements allowing for some remote work. The Partnerships Specialist will focus on identifying and establishing strategic collaborations, nurturing key stakeholder relationships, and expanding the organization's network of partners. Additional responsibilities will include conducting research, analyzing trends, and contributing to initiatives that benefit smallholder farmers and support sustainable agricultural practices.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships to build and maintain productive collaborations
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to evaluate partnership opportunities and measure their impact
• Understanding of sustainable agriculture and smallholder farmer support initiatives is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Agriculture, or Development Studies is preferred
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
