Job description

PT Adi Jaya Montana is a plastic flexible packaging company that provides innovative printing and packaging solutions for various industries.

We are seeking a Senior Operator Dry Lamination who is skilled, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering strong, high-quality lamination results to support our expanding production needs.

In this role, you will operate and lead dry lamination processes, ensure consistent bond strength and film quality, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.

What You'll Do :

• Operate and monitor Dry Lamination machines to ensure stable, high-quality lamination results
• Set up film rolls, adhesives, tension settings, nip pressure, and temperature parameters according to job requirements
• Conduct routine quality checks, including bond strength, appearance, and lamination consistency
• Troubleshoot machine issues, guide junior operators/helpers, and coordinate with QC and Production teams
• Maintain production records while ensuring proper machine care, safety compliance, and workplace cleanliness

Qualifications :

• Minimum high school/vocational school graduate (preferably with a technical background)
• At least 3–5 years of experience operating Dry Lamination machines in flexible packaging
• Strong knowledge of adhesive preparation, machine setup, lamination parameters, and quality standards
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Willing to work shifts and be placed in Cikarang/Bekasi
