Manage loyalty points operations, including product procurement, inventory, delivery, and financial reconciliation.

Conduct product selection and purchasing based on SKU planning, and monitor delivery and user feedback.

Localize marketing copy and creative materials, and analyze campaign performance metrics.

Gather and report market insights by monitoring competitor promotions and resolving user feedback issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Operations, or Business Management.

Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or marketing support; e-commerce or financial industry background preferred.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with working proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Strong skills in Excel, data management, and performance reporting.

Excellent communication, coordination, and attention to detail with a strong execution mindset.
