We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Operations Analyst (Google Workspace) to oversee and optimize Google Workspace configurations, user management, and system integrations. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring seamless collaboration across global teams. Responsibilities include maintaining security protocols, monitoring system performance, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Google Workspace accounts, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and permission settings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, etc.).
• Monitor system performance, security compliance, and usage analytics to identify inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement best practices for data protection and access controls.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users on Google Workspace tools and features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
