About Us

We are a cosmetics brand management company in Indonesia. We’re looking for a Senior Offline Channel Sales to drive our offline retail strategy and build strong partnerships with key beauty retailers across Indonesia.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute offline channel sales strategy for cosmetics brands.
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard new retail partners: Sociolla, Watsons, Guardian, department stores, pharmacies, and other beauty retailers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for offline channels.
  • Negotiate trading terms, promotional activities, and shelf space allocation.
  • Expand distribution network across Indonesia.
  • Serve as primary contact for retail partners.
  • Coordinate product launches, in-store promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure proper product display, visibility, and stock availability.
  • Handle purchase orders, invoicing, and payment collection.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and business reviews.
Minimum Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in beauty/cosmetics industry.
  • Established relationships with key beauty retailers: Sociolla, Watsons, Guardian, department stores, pharmacies.
  • Successful track record of achieving sales targets.
Education & Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesia’s beauty retail landscape.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.
  • Data‑driven decision making and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.
