We are looking for an experienced and reliable Senior Engineer to support daily engineering operations and ensure all resort facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in line with brand standards.

Job Description

The Senior Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance activities, supporting preventive maintenance programs, and assisting the Chief Engineer in managing technical operations across the resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise daily engineering and maintenance operations.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water supply, sewage, and generator systems.
• Ensure proper operation of pool, spa, and water treatment systems.
• Assist the Chief Engineer in supervising the engineering team.
• Monitor equipment performance and report technical issues.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and environmental regulations.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in engineering roles within hospitality or resort environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems.
• Experience with pool, spa, and water treatment systems is an advantage.
• Basic leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage).
• Hands‑on, responsible, and solution‑oriented.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work in Uluwatu, Bali.
