Job Description

A Network Engineer’s role is to plan, implement, and manage the day‑to‑day support and maintenance of network and core services. Cloud Network Engineers are also responsible for selecting the best cloud expertise and scaling cloud services to meet the increasing demands of businesses.

• Analyze and troubleshoot network customer problems.
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of network systems.
• Produce technical reports of completed work.
• Consult with customers to discover growth strategies.
• Resolve network issues and monitor network performance and utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• At least 1 year of experience with a System Integrator, Cloud Provider, or IT Managed Service Company.
• Deep knowledge of network routing, switching, security, wireless, VPN, and SD‑WAN.
• Hands‑on experience implementing products from CISCO, Ruckus, Huawei, and Forti.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with network protocols and services such as TCP/IP, DNS, proxies, and DHCP.
• Ability to handle network vulnerabilities.
• Working location: Jakarta.
