The Network IT Support will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and performance of the company’s global IT infrastructure, with a focus on Network Engineering, VOIP, Cisco-based solutions, and system integration across multiple regions. This role requires strong technical expertise, quick troubleshooting skills, and the ability to deliver continuous improvement in system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Network & Infrastructure Management: Manage, monitor, and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall). Configure, install, and troubleshoot network devices, with a strong focus on Cisco technologies. Ensure network availability, performance, and security according to global IT standards.
- VOIP & Communication Systems: Administer and configure VOIP communication systems. Integrate and synchronize telecommunication systems across multiple branches/countries. Provide troubleshooting and maintenance support for VOIP-related issues.
- System Integration & Global Support: Support system integration needs across global operations. Collaborate with the global IT team for system implementation, upgrades, and optimization. Ensure compatibility and compliance with global IT standards in every integration.
- IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to users regarding network, communication, and application issues. Perform quick issue analysis and deliver timely solutions. Document troubleshooting procedures and improvements for internal knowledge base. Identify infrastructure improvement opportunities and propose efficient solutions. Ensure all systems comply with IT security policies and international compliance standards. Perform system updates, upgrades, and patches to maintain performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in IT Support with a focus on Network Engineering and VOIP.
- Mandatory Certification: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or higher – preferred. VOIP/Telecommunication-related certifications (e.g., Cisco Collaboration, Asterisk, or equivalent) – an advantage.
- Proven experience in managing Cisco-based network infrastructure (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPN).
- Hands-on experience with VOIP Systems (Cisco Unified Communications, Asterisk, or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of global system integration (ERP, CRM, or enterprise communication).
- Ability to work under pressure and provide fast response to IT issues.
- Excellent communication skills and capability to collaborate with global teams.
