Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a skilled Developer with 3+ years of software development experience to join our team in Jakarta. The role emphasizes C#/.NET desktop and web development, strong SQL Server skills, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will contribute to building business-critical applications, participate in code reviews, and support DevOps/CI-CD practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on software development experience.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET (Windows Forms) for desktop application development.
• Experience with .NET web application development.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures, query optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience with DevOps and deployment tools such as GitHub, TeamCity, Artifactory (JFrog) and IBM uDeploy.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is highly preferred to facilitate communication with local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain desktop applications using C#/.NET (Windows Forms).
• Develop and enhance web-based applications using .NET technologies.
• Create, optimize, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Support DevOps and CI/CD processes to ensure efficient software delivery.
