Job summary

Job description

Develop and implement short-term, medium-term, and long-term mine plans for coal mining activities.

Optimize pit, waste dump, and supporting mining infrastructure design.

Build, update, and validate geological models (seam correlation, geological structures, coal quality, and resource/reserve estimation).

Conduct technical analysis and evaluate geological, topographical, and production data to support mining strategies.

Ensure mine plans are aligned with production targets, cost efficiency, and safety standards.

Coordinate with operations, geology, survey, and engineering teams to ensure proper implementation of mine plans.

Prepare mine planning reports and provide technical recommendations to support management decisions.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or Geology.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Mine Plan Engineer in the coal mining industry.

Proficient in mine planning software (Minescape, Spry, Surpac, or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of open-pit mine design principles, reserve calculation, and mining sequence planning.

Excellent analytical and technical skills, with good communication abilities.

Willing to work on a roster system and to be assigned to PT Mitrabara Adiperdana Tbk subsidiaries.
