PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR (GARMENT)

  • Client and account management: Act as the primary liaison between the factory and international clients, managing relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Order execution: Oversee the entire order lifecycle, including sample development, pricing, and order confirmation to final shipment.
  • Costing and negotiation: Perform garment costing, negotiate prices with buyers, and manage budgets.
  • Production planning: Work with the production team to create efficient and timely production plans, ensuring materials arrive on schedule.
  • Material and sample management: Coordinate the sourcing of materials (fabric, trims, etc.) and manage the sampling process, ensuring approvals are obtained on time.
  • Quality assurance: Work with the quality control department to monitor production and ensure the final product meets all quality standards and buyer requirements.
  • Shipment coordination: Plan and execute final shipments with the shipping team and confirm on-time delivery.
  • Problem‑solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to production, materials, fits, or deliveries.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on production status, progress, and potential risks to management.
