The role requires extensive experience in data center projects, knowledge of local codes, and strong leadership and communication skills. Mandarin proficiency is preferred, and the position entails coordinating complex design efforts across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of data center or critical infrastructure experience.
• Knowledge of local codes and standards.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to integrate designs into project plans.
• Provide design guidance to ensure standards, codes, and client specs are met.
• Implement quality controls to verify electrical designs and systems.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to minimize project risks.
• Coordinate with vendors to specify electrical equipment that fits design needs.
• Prepare and review design docs, specifications, drawings, and reports.
