Job description

Maintain MULTIPLE clients of OEM/ODM Cosmetics Manufacturing Company (perusahaan maklon kosmetik)

Recommend new ingredients and product concepts, provide new product development opportunities

Educate clients of the product’s ingredients and marketing points

Responsible to maintain clients’ satisfaction and the company’s sales

Evaluate market trends and gather competition informations.

Work closely with R&D, Graphic Designer, Packaging, and Legal

Monitor all progress from product formulation, product registration, product stability, design and packaging, goods production, and marketing support

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree any major

Minimum of 2 years experience in OEM/ODM Cosmetics Manufacturing Company is a MUST

Experience in handling multiple clients, manage multiple timeline, and able to meet sales target

Good taste in design and aesthetic, attention to details and result oriented, strong leadership and team player, able to work within tight deadlines

Knowledge on the skincare and beauty industry

Good communication and negotiation skill

Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva

Fluent in English and/or Mandarin (written and spoken) is a plus point
