Tasks & responsibilities

Develops strategic plans, objectives, and performance targets for the production division on a periodic basis, in alignment with the company’s policies and overall goals.

Develops, communicates, and directs operational strategies to all subordinate teams to ensure that production activities are carried out in accordance with established targets.

Monitors and evaluates all production operations to ensure compliance with standards, performance targets, and company policies.

Evaluates, approves, and controls the planning and utilization of investment (CAPEX) and operational (OPEX) budgets to ensure activities are conducted effectively, efficiently, and in line with financial plans.

Takes corrective actions and assigns responsibilities to the team to address and improve any deviations from performance targets.

Prepares and provides comprehensive divisional operational information to the Board of Directors as input for corporate decision-making.
